Hi, I'm Ja'nay!
I'm a business strategist, marketing professional, community leader, and lifelong learner who is passionate about helping people and organizations navigate growth.
Throughout my career, I've worked alongside businesses, entrepreneurs, and leaders to solve challenges, strengthen relationships, develop strategies, and identify growth opportunities. My experience spans marketing, client engagement, business development, workforce solutions, and leadership.
But most of my most valuable lessons are from real life growth. Real life challenges that require more than textbook knowledge to get to the next step.
My lessons have come from balancing career ambitions with family responsibilities, serving my community, supporting business owners, navigating change, and learning how to grow through every season of life.

Beyond Work
Outside of my professional life, I am a: mother, partner, friend, sister, daughter, granddaughter, godmother, cousin, cook, and more. I wear each hat with pride.
Everyday I am someone who enjoys learning and thinking outside of the box. I believe in community and I am active within my own.
I enjoy reading, writing, and science. You'll find me with my phone in my hand playing a mind puzzle kind of game or watching a movie.
My favorite thing to do is laugh. Laughter keeps the heart light and the soul fed!
I am a heart disease fighter and advocate. Some days I have to slow down, but no days am I allowed to quit.
